{ for all light bearers }

Your Gifts of Expansion, Continuous Change, Transforming and Evolving

You are programmed for expansion as this is how the universe works in constant plenty. It is the reason that you do not like labels; restrictions are found in organized religions. You feel it takes away your sacred power. You already know how to work with the universe and creation.

· Letting go of lower energies and thought forms.
· In times of doubt, in becoming more secure in your new foundations of true essence and as your world systems go through many changes, look for the truth in Nature. She will start speaking to you even louder and clearer than before.
· Feel more in your Bodies the way of the sacred divine feminine. By being more aware in your body you will know what is real divine guidance and what is illusion.
· You may need more rest and minerals and properties that assist the body in becoming Light. REST will be needed in between the times when the star gates will bring an influx of energies. Allow yourself to rest even if it does not look like you have been doing much work to the outside world. You are on a sacred path of light that needs to be honored.
· Play more, have fun and enjoy; movement, rhythm, music and dance will be especially helpful. The Blue Ray has been diligent at their spiritual work and it's time for fun.

{ peak experiences }

American psychologist and philosopher Abraham H. Maslow (1908-1970) coined this term to describe nonreligious quasi-mystical and mystical experiences. Peak experiences are sudden feelings of intense happiness and well-being, and possibly the awareness of "ultimate truth" and the unity of all things. Accompanying these experiences is a heightened sense of control over the body and emotions, and a wider sense of awareness, as though one was standing upon a mountaintop. The experience fills the individual with wonder and awe. He feels at one with the world and is pleased with it; he or she has seen the ultimate truth or the essence of all things.  (read more)

{ there are enormous numbers of light bearers, workers, and way-showers on earth at this time. }

Your awakening is assured.  I am just reassuring you because so many of you have doubts, sometimes intense doubts, and those doubts need to be assuaged so that they do not drag you down into the gloom and uncertainty of the illusion.  You are all in the process of rising up out of it so that you can look on it and those engaged there, seemingly very firmly anchored in it, with loving compassion and without being drawn into the pain and suffering that so many are undergoing.
Your task is to spread Light, Love, and healing to all with whom you interact, and in order to do that you yourselves need to feel the Light and the Love within yourselves. (listen to the audio -or- read more...)

{ mantras }

"What is a Mantra?

The word mantra has two parts: man, which is the root of the Sanskrit word for mind; and tra, which is the root of the word instrument. A mantra is therefore an instrument of the mind, a powerful sound or vibration that you can use to enter a deep state of meditation.
According to the Vedic tradition, the ancient sages were able to hear the subtle vibrations produced by everything in nature―the sounds of the wind, thunder, butterflies, rushing rivers and all other creations. They recognized that these sounds are the manifestation of spirit into matter. They identified “Om” (or aum) as the most elemental sound, representing the infinite universal consciousness. For thousands of years, people have used this mantra to expand their awareness of the divine.

The ancient seers also identified all the primordial vibrations or mantras that make up the universe and these were eventually recorded in the Vedic literature―the four texts that form the basis for the Hindu religion. You can actually hear all the mantras yourself if you sit quietly. You’ll notice a background hum in the air, and as you practice focusing on that hum, you’ll ultimately hear every mantra the sages recorded long ago.
...

What if I do not pronounce the mantra correctly?

Some spiritual traditions put great emphasis on the correct pronunciation of mantras. After decades of experience, the perspective of Deepak and the Chopra Center is that the exact pronunciation of the mantra doesn’t matter at the non-local level of intelligence. If someone tries to maintain distinct pronunciation while the mind is in the process of transcending, the conscious effort for right pronunciation will undermine the natural meditation process.

"

3) Mantra: Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu

4) Mantra: Shanti Mantra

{ dark night of the soul }

"The dark night of the soul is a process many spiritual seekers go through at some point in their lives, I being one of them.  The dark night is not mentioned that much in spiritual texts and teachings.   A lot of the times, we are being told to be happy, raise your vibration, look to the light, but none of this will be lasting until you have loved the dark."
( source )

"Dark night of the soul" sounds like a threatening and much to be avoided experience. Yet perhaps a quarter of the seekers on the road to higher consciousness will pass through the dark night. In fact, they may pass through several until they experience the profound joy of their true nature.

Many seekers would encourage the dark night experience if they knew what it was. However, to one engaged in the dark night, suffering seems unending

The dark night usually develops this way..."

What is the Dark Night of the Soul
Traditionally, the Dark Night of the Soul is a Western mysticism term referring to the stripping away of one’s identity to surrender to become a channel to the Divine. It refers to the transition and experiences associated with the process of moving from living the reality of our enculturated mind to another reality. It is moving to a reality where we functions as a willing vehicle for the Divine or as a channel of the light as we understand the Diving and/or the light.
The Dark Night of the Soul is about learning to break free of feeding the enculturated egoand relinquishing control of our life it outcome to the Divine. It is about turning all one’s needs and expectations over to The All That Is, God, or the Universe, and trusting that in the oneness and interconnectedness of all things, our needs will be met in all ways and our life will be for service for the greater common good..
The situation our mind faces in relinquishing control to the Divine is like the story of the man who wanted to keep a bird, so he kept it caged or on a string. If the man unties the bird and he lets the bird go, and it returns to him, it is his. If it flies away, then it is not his and never was. So too with all of our attachments we hold in our life. We need to learn to do the same with all our attachments, including people, things and experiences. We need to release them and let them go. If they come back, they are ours. The process causes us to empty our cup, so to speak, to empty our being of wants, and making room for the Divine, in order to be used as a conscious vehicle. The Dark Night of the Soul can be a terrifying experience if we is unaware of what is happening. It can feel as if our entire life and identity are being stripped away. But, in reality, they are. This stripping away can be a rather terrifying experience to the enculturated ego.

Analogous to the paradigm change that revolutionized physics at the beginning of the Twentieth Century and subsequently the world as we know it, the Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity provides a similar such paradigm as to the nature of man. Its application has released phenomenal creative insights and passion in individuals who have used and embraced the concepts.  ( read more... )

{ just how connected are we? }

"Begin at the surface of what we see, with our bodies. We seem very connected. We are all the same species of mammal. Every human being shares the same form. And 99.9% of our bodies are the same, leaving .1% uniqueness in the form of codes for proteins that express our differences. The pigment of our skin. The only excuse some people use to separate themselves from others.
What we share is a body that is 99% hydrogen, oxygen and carbon.
In the surprisingly moving Symphony of Science video, “We are All Connected,” Hayden Planetarium Director Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson tells us,
“We are all connected; to each other, biologically; to the earth, chemically; to the rest of the universe, atomically.
“…I know that the molecules in my body are traceable to phenomena in the cosmos. That makes me want to grab people in the street and say, ‘Have you heard this?’ ”"

{ kundalini yoga }

"Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® is considered the most comprehensive of yoga traditions, combining meditation, mantra, physical exercises and breathing techniques; it is a Raj Yog, encompassing the eight limbs of yoga into a singular practice of excellence and ecstasy. “Kundalini” literally means “the curl of the lock of hair of the beloved.” This poetic metaphor alludes to the flow of energy and consciousness that exists within each of us, and enables us to merge with – or “yoke” – the universal Self. Fusing individual and universal consciousness creates a divine union, called “yoga.” The Upanishads, dating back to the fifth century B.C., describe the kundalini, although the oral tradition reaches back even further into history. For thousands of years, this sacred science and technology was veiled in secrecy, passed along verbally from master to chosen disciple."

{ golden ratio }

"Some of the greatest mathematical minds of all ages, from Pythagoras and Euclid in ancient Greece, through the medieval Italian mathematician Leonardo of Pisa and the Renaissance astronomer Johannes Kepler, to present-day scientific figures such as Oxford physicist Roger Penrose, have spent endless hours over this simple ratio and its properties. But the fascination with the Golden Ratio is not confined just to mathematicians. Biologists, artists, musicians, historians, architects, psychologists, and even mystics have pondered and debated the basis of its ubiquity and appeal. In fact, it is probably fair to say that the Golden Ratio has inspired thinkers of all disciplines like no other number in the history of mathematics."
